We've done it & we've received many times payments for goods & services...in non-personal manner. Transactions getting reversed and withdrawals not reaching bank accounts. I remember last year we also had the same problem around the 26th Jan I think, when withdrawals were delay by 15 days. Every year there is some problem and we guys end up paying transaction charges / reversal charges / withdrawal charges. I think we all are sailing in the same boat.
