Anyone tried to withdraw funds to Kotak Mahindra Bank? I did 2 test withdrawals of $15 each, both Kotak returned the amount both times.

Upon contacting the bank, they told me that as per RBI guidelines one cannot accept international wire from “brokers” into their savings account.

I’m not completely sure what that means, I’m waiting further details from the bank.

good. forum is very informative. understood that swift is to transfer and recive funds. but do not know how to send from hdfc bank online funds transfer. still bank details not attached. will i get to know how to transact ,if i once link my bank details on skrill site through my account ?. please help me . thank you.

And also for uploading funds …wat is the fees for it.. Or is there any other ways to upload funds..? Plz help me

Oh! I have faced a problem. I was trying to link my ICICI VISA debit card to moneybookers and the deducted amount from my card is 159.91 INR. I have contacted my bank but they are not giving me exact EURO figured. I have tried XE currency converter from Web but that gave me wrong value. Now how can I find out the equivalent amount for charged amount of 159.91 in EURO for moneybookers so that they may accept that value as the currency converters on web are not updated according to moneybookers rates. Can anyone help me out please???I tried it three times but it is incorrect so my optinos are over now they tell me make deposit from bank then and only then they verify it.

First of all i’m very impressed on your post about opening and verification about moneybookers. i’ve a problem about SWIFT code, even though the bank branch doesn’t have the SWIFT code wat’ll i do sir. I called the branch manager and ask about it, he told that the branch doesn’t have the code. Is it neccessary to add my bank account to moneybookers?

Did you actually spent 2 months to verify your MoneyBookers account? With all the respect to UK laws I see no point to go for Moneybookers in such a case, I can create a bank account with credit card in less time.

Now how can I find out the equivalent amount for charged amount of 119.37 in USD for moneybookers so that they may accept that value as the currency converters on web are not updated according to moneybookers rates. Can anyone help me out please???

For upload wire transfer it says we have to use details as below:
Account holder: Moneybookers Ltd.
Bank: Commerzbank
City/Town: Frankfurt am Main
SWIFT: COBADEFF
IBAN: DE23500400000581732500
Account currency: EUR, GBP, CAD, JPY, SGD, HUF, AED, SAR, QAR, MAD, JOD, TND, OMR, RSD, RON
Reference: 27283496 Your user ID – MUST BE PROVIDED!

Does it mean, in sender field, we will put the user ID?
Can third person upload money, i n our behalf?

Hi. Can anyone suggest a service which is like paypal means i can send money from paypal balance without having a bank account or credit card.
Just if i have money in my paypal account I can use it.
Nowadays in india we cant do it because we cant send money from paypal balance.
So any other service?
And any other service which does whatnimstated above and also is supported for selling on ebay?

Good stuff.I am a freelancer at Elance. I don’t have a credit card, and have a savings A/C with AXIS BANK, plus a debit card. Can anyone tell me what is the cheapest way to withdraw money to my bank? Details would be highly appreciated. I heard wire-transfers charge upto $30!
