It’s shocking to see how many people support fake encounters in India. The Supreme Court’s observations that those involved in such murder should be hanged was mostly met with disbelief.
Can we allow prenuptial agreements in India which can be blatantly unfair at the time of divorce? Do we allow supposedly “uneducated” and poor women to govern their own fate?
